From Lauren and Paige:
We have wanted to arrange another big sis - little sis exchange, so we decided to do something for our final competition of the year!   At our most recent rehearsal, we talked in depth about our "girly" theme which can especially be seen in the medley, so we used these songs as inspiration for some gift ideas.  We were thinking anything along the lines of the following: nail polish (to be worn after we compete), a lip gloss / chapstick, headband or other hair accessory, etc.  If you have any other ideas, feel free do that instead!  This are just things to try to spark any cute, creative thoughts.  Remember, this may be the last gift of the year, so make it special.  As always, please keep the spending to a minimum; any gift around $5 is plenty!  It's very important each girl spend about the same amount.
Spirit Sisters and Spirit 'Groups'

Each spirit sister pair consists of one older girl and one younger girl. Three pairs have been put together to make a group of six girls. The pairs and groups were chosen RANDOMLY. Do not call Mrs. Wright to change your partner or group. Put a smile on your face and make an effort to make sure your sister feels accepted and comfortable with you. We will use the groups for calling tree purposes, getting to know each other better and small group instruction during rehearsals. We will also ask the girls to bring small treats for their "sisters" periodically. A calendar will come home with spirit sister treat days. This really is a fun way for girls to make new friends and connect with girls of different ages and personalities.
